A line of hinge shaft collars that are now offered with a wide choice of bore styles to provide a variety of mounting options has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Stafford Hinge Shaft Collars are functionally similar to two-piece shaft collars and are easy to assemble, reposition and take apart; eliminating fumbling, lost screws, and wasted time. Featuring a choice of bore styles, they can now be supplied with smooth-, keyed-, hex-, square-, and threaded bores with ACME, UNC, and UNF threads for total mounting flexibility.
Offered in sizes from 3/8 to 6-in. I.D., Stafford Hinge Shaft Collars are available as standard parts manufactured from aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Specials with left-hand threads are also offered and these hinge collars can be supplied with a variety of mounting options.
