Rexnord XTSRLS Thomas disc couplings

November 10, 2020 By Mike Santora Leave a Comment

rexnord-XTSRLS71-C-disc-couplingThomas XTSRLS couplings are full-floating shaft couplings designed for applications with relatively long distances between connected equipment, either horizontally or vertically. XTSRLS couplings are a suitable choice when shaft spacing exceeds the maximum length of standard fully machined spacer designs (XTSR52/ XTSR71). Common applications include vertical pumps, fans & blowers, compressors, and paper machines.

XTSRLS52: Welded steel spacer with optional adapter for expanded bore capacity.

XTSRLS71: Welded steel spacer with standard adapters for easier installation and greater bore capacity.

XTSRLS71-C: Composite-material center spacer for lower overall weight versus all-steel models, enabling higher speeds and extended span distances.
