Flexible coupling resists distortion, corrosion

ERB series of flexible couplings from Autonics is made of super-high strength aluminum alloy (AL 7075-T6), which provides distortion resistance and  high torsional stiffness. An alumite surface treatment also provides high corrosion resistance.

The series supports two different connection types—clamp type and set screw type—that deliver more accurate revolution driving power and protect revolving objects from backlash.

Four models are rated for 6000 to 20,000 rpm and torques of 0.6 or 1.5 N (maximum of of 1.2 or 3.0 N).
