Shrink discs and gear couplings

Until now, the Ringfeder Rapid Response Program offered next-day shipping on their shrink disc locking devices, metal bellows couplings and servo couplings. Now, the company is expanding the program to include gear couplings.

The gear couplings transmit torque via hubs with crowned gear teeth, which are in permanent mesh with the straight gear teeth of the sleeves. This option provides strong torque for a given coupling size, giving users even more design options.

The Rapid Response Program applies to the ZIA gear coupling style between sizes 69 and 133. Maximum quantity is 2 units. Larger sizes are also available for a fee and one-week lead time.
