A line of shaft collars, couplings, and mounts that are compatible with conveyors used in poultry and meat processing and packaging lines has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Stafford shaft collars, couplings and flange mounts are available machined from 303 or 316 stainless steel, Nylon, or Delrin with stainless fasteners and are offered in a variety of standard and custom configurations. Designed for use in poultry and meat processing conveyors requiring frequent wash-down, they can incorporate hex, round, and square bores, and keyways.
Available as one-, two-piece, and hinged shaft collars and flange mounts, Stafford stainless steel collars, couplings and flange mounts are offered in 0.25 to 14-in. I.D. sizes, depending upon material, and the Nylon and Delrin collars come in 1 to 4-in. I.D. sizes. Face and outside diameter modifications can include knurls, notches and other design treatments.
Stafford shaft collars, couplings and flange mounts are priced according to material, size, and quantity.
