The company’s logistics operations in Groß-Umstadt are going to be relocated to its production sites in Neunkirchen and Dobrany (Czech Republic). These sites have undergone extensive refurbishment and modernization to ensure future-oriented logistics services. This optimization process will create added value in terms of order fulfillment and will allow us to be much more flexible in the future.
To further support this, the company is currently restructuring its customer service department which will be called Sales Back Office. The reorganization will enable them to react more quickly and to stay in closer contact with their customers.
