Our logistics operations in Groß-Umstadt are going to be relocated to our production sites in Neunkirchen and Dobrany (Czech Republic). These sites have undergone extensive refurbishment and modernization to ensure future-oriented logistics services. This optimization process will create added value in terms of order fulfillment and will allow us to be much more flexible in the future.
To further support this, we are currently restructuring our customer service department which will be called Sales Back Office. The reorganization will enable us to react more quickly and to stay in closer contact with our customers.
For our customer this means that they will receive “Precision Industry Products” from our production site Dobrany. Basically this refers to the product line from GERWAH and to the small-size model range from RINGFEDER. TSCHAN products and larger RINGFEDER models, which are classified as “Heavy Industry Products”, will be shipped from our site in Neunkirchen.
