Registration Information & Policies

Register Online
To register online, log in with your email address and password (information is pre-populated based on your login). Once logged in, you will also have the opportunity to register others from your company. For assistance logging in, email PTDA or call at +1.312.516.2100. A credit card is required for online registration.

Check out the list of companies that will be in attendance. A separate registration form must be received for each delegate. To register additional individuals from your firm, please copy the registration form as necessary.

Issue one payment covering all fees payable to PTDA in U.S. funds. Your payment must accompany the registration form.

Industry Summit Delegate Registration
Includes the Networking Event on October 21; Annual Business Meeting, keynote presentations, MD-IDEX and Networking Lunch on October 22; MD-IDEX, ITR Economic Presentation, Networking Lunch and Closing Event on October 23.

Industry Summit Spouse/Companion Registration
Spouses/Companions may register a la carte for the Welcome Reception on October 21; Welcome Breakfast on October 22; Networking Lunch & Closing Keynote and Closing Event on October 23. Or, spouses/companions may choose the all-inclusive registration (includes all the events mentioned above) to save 10%. The PTDA Foundation Golf Outing is an optional event with a separate registration fee. This all-inclusive fee reflects PTDA’s actual costs; no markup has been added. Spouses/Companions who plan to attend the Opening Session and Keynote Speakers, Networking Lunches, and MD-IDEX must register as delegates.

MD-IDEX Participation
A minimum of one team member per company must be registered by September 15 to take full advantage of the scheduling opportunities. Any employee from your company registered for the Industry Summit will have the ability to join the appointment. Any company registering after September 15 may still participate in direct scheduling if timing allows but may miss out on the matchmaking opportunity.

Refund Policies
Delegate Registration: Written cancellations received prior to October 12, 2021 will be refunded in full. Due to PTDA’s contractual obligations with its vendors, no refunds can be issued for cancellations received on or after October 12, 2021.

Publicity Photo and Video Acknowledgement
PTDA uses photographs and video of participants at the Industry Summit to promote the Association and its programs, publications, and services. Please be aware this media is for PTDA use only and may be used in the Association’s publications and website. If you do not wish to be photographed or appear on video, please email PTDA before joining the virtual event.

Attire
Business casual attire is appropriate for all Industry Summit activities.

By registering for the Industry Summit, you agree to abide by the following PTDA Event Code of Conduct:

PTDA is committed to providing a harassment-free event experience for all participants. We expect participants to follow our Code of Conduct at all Association events. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

PTDA has a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, harassing, or abusive conduct. If a person engages in such conduct, appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to expulsion from the event, restriction from participation at future PTDA events, and/or withdrawal of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of, or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to the PTDA Executive Vice President/CEO or the PTDA President.
